ABOUT
Mina Dastanian is a multidisciplined artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. Her area of focus is traditional Iranian art forms, such as miniatures and Persian calligraphy. Although she has an appreciation for tradition, her work also expands into contemporary ceramics and watercolor paintings. She enjoys exploring the worlds of old and new, finding meaning of what it means to be an artist trying to maintain cultural forms of expression while also creating new ones.
